Shipping • Policies
The use of photos from our photographers and clients for commercial use is prohibited unless authorized by the owner of the company AND the photographer. These sessions are provided exclusively for Click Props USA & Sew Trendy™ Fashion & Accessories. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of any partnership and possible legal action.
All payments are due when placing your order, including wholesale orders. Due to our business being focused on made to order items, you will have 24 hours to contact customer service to request a cancellation of your order for a full refund, with the exception of RTS (ready to ship) purchases. RTS purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refunds of any sort, as they are pulled immediately for shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our backdrops are handcrafted in the UK and are subject to a standard processing time of 4-6 weeks unless marked as ready to ship (in which case they will ship out within 1-3 business days).
All RTS orders are shipped from within the Domestic US, and are sent via Fedex Ground (We are still updating listings to state as such, please be patient with us) They will take approx 5 business days to arrive once shipped.
Once your package has left our facility, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the carrier. Unfortunately we do not have control over what the carrier does with your package. All claims for packages must go through the carrier chosen during checkout. Please see below for information on late packages.
LATE PACKAGES | If your package does not arrive on time DUE TO OUR ERROR (i.e. it shipped late, or incorrect shipping method), we will refund your purchase after the items are sent back, received in our store, and inspected. If the item is lost by UPS (NO DELIVERED STATUS) and is not delivered after 7 days of opening a case with UPS, we will refund the purchase and continue the investigation. If the package is showing delivered and the address was correct, and you do not have your item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact UPS to file a claim. Please keep in mind that once the packages are dropped with out courier they are out of our hands, please plan ahead!
Returns | Exchange
At this time, our items are not currently eligible for returns or exchanges.
QUALITY ISSUES | If you receive the backdrop and there is an issue with quality missed in our quality inspection, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order for it to be exchanged or returned. Otherwise we can not prove the damage was done prior to shipment. Please look over your items immediately! If there is a problem due to our mistake, we are happy to cover the shipping cost back to our warehouse and work with you to resolve the problem.
